Planning family photos doesn’t have to feel complicated. Whether we meet at Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Fort Fisher, Oak Island, Airlie Gardens, your vacation rental, or another location near Wilmington, here’s what happens from booking to delivery.

Tell Me Who’s Coming

Share your preferred location, how many families are joining, and how many people will be photographed. I’ll recommend the session that fits.

Reserve Your Date

Complete your agreement and first payment to officially reserve your session.

Plan Everything

I’ll help with clothing, timing, parking, meeting instructions, location questions, and family groupings.

Enjoy Your Session

I’ll guide everyone through group photos, movement, and natural interactions. Kids can play, move around, and take breaks when needed.

Choose Your Favorites

You’ll receive a private proof gallery. Each family included in the booking selects 35 favorite photos for final editing.

More families means more included final images. Additional edited photos are available for $15 each.

Receive Your Final Gallery

After your favorites are selected, I’ll color correct, lightly retouch as needed, and deliver the final high resolution images through your private online gallery.
